NACL joins forces once again with the artists of Seasonal Affective Disorder Dance Party (SADDP) to bring you an immersive, participatory festival for your disembodied soul.
This 80-minute concert features original Latin jazz music ranging from energetic sambas to sizzling mambos, cha-cha-chas, and salsa tunes to mellow Brazilian Bossa novas.
Join us on Saturday, April 30, at 2 pm with master percussionist, composer, and jazz professor Thurman Barker. He returns back to DVAA with his trio to amaze audiences with an afternoon filled with music, melody, and improvisation. Salon Series events are free and open to the public. Donations are welcome!
