Sullivan County Arts & Heritage Grant
Do you have an exciting arts or heritage project that is going to take place in Sullivan County?
Are you interested in building community through the arts?
Are you planning something to happen between May 2026 – December 2026?
2026 applications are closed.
Eligibility
Sullivan County nonprofit art and cultural groups such as literary groups, music groups, dance groups, theatre groups, historical societies, museums, libraries, folklore groups are eligible.
Individual artists and organizations without nonprofit status may apply if they have a nonprofit organization acting as a fiscal sponsor.
Priority is given to groups that:
- support artists;
- are dedicated to long-term, year-round cultural development in Sullivan County;
- reach underserved regional and population sectors, and/or broad-based audiences;
- promote new and original programming.

Final Reports

The Sullivan County Legislature provides funding to DVAA through its Legislative Discretionary Grant Program to support DVAA in its efforts to assist nonprofit organizations to present or produce cultural programming in Sullivan County, New York.
Since 2000, over $280,000 have been regranted to artists and arts organizations through the Sullivan County Arts and Heritage Grant (SCAHG)!
