Curated by Eric Baylin and Bo Stevens, For the Love of Wood surveys the many functions of wood in our lives, and celebrates the inspiration that comes from it.
Opening Reception
There will be an opening reception for both exhibitions at DVAA located at 37 Main St, Narrowsburg, NY on Saturday, February 12, 2022, from 3 pm – 5 pm.

The shows will be on view through March 27 and are free and open to the public. Masks and social distancing are required.
Special Events
DVAA will host a series of events in conjunction with “For the Love of Wood”.
Renowned performer and founder of PS122, Charles Dennis will perform “2x2x4” with live musical accompaniment by Sal Cataldi on Saturday, February 12th from 2-3 pm. *This event will precede the opening reception for the exhibition.

On Saturday February 26th starting at 2pm, “Words and Sounds of Wood” will take center stage on February 26th, curated by Eric Baylin and featuring readings and musical performances by Rachel Baum, Pete Comstock, Mary Greene, Dan Brinkerhoff, Theresa Perez, and others.
