Metropolis with Live Music Accompaniment

Local musicians Polly Vinylchloryd and Astronauto provide a live music score to the silent film masterpiece.  Music will include theremins, cassette tape loops, synthesizers and guitar, and will surely be an unexpected twist on the silent film genre.  Metropolis is a classic sci-fi silent about a highly stylized futuristic city where a beautiful and cultured utopia exists above a bleak underworld populated with mistreated workers.  Tuesday, October 10th at 7:30pm  Tix $15

Double Feature: Elvira + Attack of the Killer Tomatoes

Get ready for two movies in one night!  Campy, culty, spooky flicks!  In Elvira: Mistress of the Dark, the horror-movie hostess turns a puritanical community on its ear when she arrives in town to claim her inheritance.  Attack of the Killer Tomatoes is a 1978 parody spoofing the sci-fi and horror B movies of the 1950s.   Tuesday, October 17th at 7:30pm  Tix $9

The Rocky Horror Picture Show with LIVE Apoca-Lips Cast

Matthew Albeck plays the music of John Carpenter + Halloween 

Join us on Halloween night as local musician Matthew Albeck (and guests) perform the eerie, eighties synth-soundtrack songs of classic John Carpenter movies.  Followed by a screening of Halloween (rated R).  Tuesday, October 31st at 7:30pm  Tix $15
