TESS Presents Photos by Joyce Chadwick – Opening Reception

TESS announces its 5th in a series of artist’s pop-ups. Joyce Chadwick’s photography show, ”Mannequin Mystique,” runs from June 13 to July 21, with an opening reception on Saturday, June 15 from 3 to 6. 

 Drawn to Manhattan window displays, Joyce felt compelled to document these theatrical settings that change with the seasons.  “One day while walking in New York City, I came across a dramatic window display that caught my eye. Reflections of nearby buildings emerged in some of the frames which inadvertently added to the mystery of the scene.”

 Joyce Chadwick (1947-2020) garnered numerous awards and exhibited her work in the United States, Malaga, Spain and Germany, as well as appearing in many publications. The reception is being held in conjunction with the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance’s opening of artists Glenn Liberman and Danielle Klebes on the same day.
