STATE OF BEING: THE ART OF NANCY WELLS

The Wayne County Arts Alliance Gallery is pleased to announce the first one-woman exhibition in the newly renovated Main Gallery with the opening of “State of Being: The Art of Nancy Wells.” 

Nancy Wells is a printmaker, painter, photographer, digital artist, sculptor, dollmaker, and poet who has been a member of WCAA since 2008.  With her love of color and her extraordinary mixing of materials, Nancy is the epitome of the 21st-century artist. On view will be her exploration of mixed digital collagraphs, watercolors, conté drawings, sculptures, and her own print process called ‘Alumigraphs’  based on the vintage Foilographics foil art technique.
