P.L.A.Y. Rock Camp

P.L.A.Y. Rock Camp (ages 10-14)
Two-week art immersion summer program for ages 10-15
Two sessions: June 29-July 10 and July 27-August 7

Bethel Woods P.L.A.Y. Rock Camp is back and better than ever. Across two, two-week sessions, young musicians explore the rhythms and legends of rock music, discovering the songs and musicians that shaped the iconic 1960s rock era.

Participants will play classic rock instruments and experiment with different styles, working individually and with peers to form their own rock ensembles. Students are assessed for skill level and placed in beginner, intermediate, or advanced groups to ensure they learn and grow alongside peers with similar experience.

The program builds to an electrifying performance featuring original compositions and classic rock covers. A short questionnaire is sent after registration to help instructors plan sessions based on participants interests and experience. No prior experience is required, just curiosity and a love of music.

P.L.A.Y. (Peace. Love. Arts. You.) is a fun-filled summer arts program for kids ages 5-14, set on the legendary grounds of the 1969 Woodstock festival! Led by professional teaching artists, kids will dive into music, painting, sculpture, digital design, and more, sparking creativity and community in an unforgettable setting. Register by the session to fit your summer plans—but hurry, spots fill fast!

Tuition assistance, up to 100%, is available. Details are provided in the application.
