Mike Brown at Rafters Tavern Friday 8/13
The great American road trip makes a stop at Rafter’s Tavern on Friday August 13th with singer- songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and Grammy nominated artist Mike Brown. All the mysterious, enchanting back roads that all us romantics sit around dreaming about come alive through the music of Mike Brown. His debut album American Hotel was self-recorded in 50 states with collaboration of 75 musicians including members of Counting Crows, Goo Goo Dolls, The Jayhawks, Los Lobos, Nine Inch Nails, Wallflowers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and so many more.
His original music feels comfortingly familiar, like tunes you’re sure you’ve heard before, maybe somewhere down the road….
In favorable weather, performances generally will take place in The Nest, the outdoor performance area at Rafter’s Tavern. In inclement weather, performances will take place inside at Rafter’s Tavern Indoor Stage.
No cover-charge, donations appreciated. Rafter’s Tavern kitchen is open for lunch and dinner.
