How to Write Irresistible Stories

Established writers are invited to join acclaimed author, novelist, and essayist Marie Myung-Ok Lee for a writing workshop at the Roscoe Branch of the Livingston Manor-Roscoe Library.

Participants will read and discuss short works and engage in generative writing exercises bolstered by Lee’s guidance.

As a co-founder of the Asian American Writers’ Workshop, Lee is known for her dedication to supporting writers of color and fostering strong writing communities. She will be staying locally through May as the inaugural recipient of the Conjunctions Residency, “Writers Helping Writers.”
