Holiday in Hurleyville

HURLEYVILLE — “Holiday in Hurleyville 2023” will be held on Saturday, December 2nd from noon to 5:00pm, with shopping, food, Santa, live music and craft making activities throughout the hamlet. A beautiful luminaria will be lit along the O & W Rail Trail, and the annual holiday tree and menorah lighting will take place at 5:30pm at the Main Street parking lot.

Sponsored by the Hurleyville Hub, Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce and Bold Gold Media, with support from Party Master and Hurleyville – Sullivan First, “Holiday in Hurleyville” is a joyful annual tradition with something for everyone.

The Sullivan County Museum will feature holiday gift vendors, refreshments, and the annual Holiday Theme Exhibit from noon to 5:00pm, along with live music from 1:00pm to 4:00pm featuring Donna and Rick Nestler, John Panella, and Carmine Gontz.

Main Street Dance will have two live performances in the HPAC ballroom. “Trolls Band Together” will be screened at the HPAC movie theater. A Holiday History Hike with John Conway will take place on the western O & W Rail Trail at 1:00pm.

Food specials will be available at the Tango Café, the Pickled Owl, La Salumina, and Casa Mia Restaurant. Holiday craft making activities will be held at several locations on Main Street for kids and adults.

A map and guide for all activities will be available at the event and there will be a raffle for prizes.
