“EARTH ECHOES” Artist Talk and Opening Reception

A gallery exhibition curated by Naomi Teppich displaying work by Robyn Almquist, Pamela Casper,
and Alice Zinnes.

Artist Talk – 3pm

ALICE ZINNES’ paintings transform ancient myths and contemporary
stories into mysterious worlds where the boundaries between
underworld and waking earth are traversable, terror coexists with joy,
and loss yields to renewal. T

ROBYN ALMQUIST’s art including painting/collages, and lenticular
prints have contain themes of environmental destruction through
plastic pollution and fossil fuels as well as addressing guns and gun
violence in the United States.

PAMELA CASPER’s art practice includes invented landscapes in oil
and watercolor, sculpture, plein-air painting, and drawing.

NAOMI TEPPICH responds to mushrooms with artwork, both
drawn and colored, and with floral-like stoneware sculptural fungi.
