Clown Daddy, also known as Ellie J, is an actress-turned-clown who has found her home in the wilds of the Catskills. An NYU Tisch honors graduate and a drop-out of the prestigious Lecoq clown school in Paris, her focuses are physicality, slapstick, and joy of the cathartic experience in live performance. “Clown Daddy” evolved somewhere between an accident and years of hard work developing a stage persona. She has happily and humbly become a staple part of the Catskills artist community, bringing fun to as many audiences as she can. You can find what she’s up to at clowndaddypresents.com.
Kathy Geary released an EP of original Folk Rock music in 2022 Sky High, recording with her band named Cloud Cover. She produces a live weekly public-radio program on Radio Catskill on Saturdays at 3pm called Now & Then since 2013, focusing on singer songwriters, their history and the latest music they’ve released. She’s performed operatically in Europe and the US and with the Delaware Valley Opera since 2012, when she premiered the company’s production of Verdi’s Otello as Desdemona. Kathy performs locally on a regular basis and is thrilled to live among the inspiring musicians who bring our community to life, with a serious commitment to music.
