Borscht Belt Historical Marker Project: Swan Lake

Join the Borscht Belt Historical Marker Project for their third historic marker dedication on Sunday, August 20 at 2:00 pm. Afterwards stay for a lakeside Klezmer Concert put on by Klezmer Berl’s Hotsie Totsie Orkester!

Klezmer Berl’s Hotsie Totsie Orkester has been making people dance in New York State’s Hudson Valley for over fifteen years. The Hotsie Totsies keep the klezmer tradition alive by learning and sharing music with roots in Eastern European Jewish village life. They meet weekly, enjoying equally: camaraderie, breaking-of-bread, and immersing themselves and others in the often joyous, and sometimes plaintive sounds of Klezmer music. It can be hard to remain seated once they get started!
