FLIGHT: A DYNAMIC MULTI-MEDIA ADAPTATION OF TENNESSEE WILLIAMS’ SHORT STORY, A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLERK

This highly visual and physical adaptation of Tennessee Williams’ little-known short story, “A Day in the Life of a Clerk,” delves into the dreams and desires of a secret poet who yearns for artistic freedom in a world threatened by the simple act of being different. FLIGHT explores pathos with humor, the mundane with whimsy, and a longing for beauty and purpose.

The work in progress showing at the Provincetown Tennessee Williams Festival was a big hit—we’ve continued to develop the production with new scenes, music, and multimedia, and can’t wait to share it with you!
