Help target existing cultural projects that have not previously received funding to encourage and foster a relationship between the Arts for Sullivan program and untapped communities in Sullivan County.
Available for first-time applicants, with ongoing programs.

A Statewide Community Regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts, a State Agency.
Provides funding for artists, writers, musicians and choreographers who live and work in Sullivan County.
For 2026, up to six Individual Artist Fellowships (two in the Visual Arts, two in the Literary Arts, and two in Compositional Arts) in the amount of $5,000 each, will be granted.
An element of this funding is a community engagement component. The project must engage a segment of the community through a public program such as an exhibition or performance that is open to the public.

A Statewide Community Regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts, a State Agency.
Provides funding for Community Arts projects in Sullivan County between 1/1/26- 12/31/26.
Projects can include theatre, music, dance, literary arts, folklore, installation, and visual arts, among other art-forms.
Independent artists who wish to produce community art projects can work with a non-profit organization in Sullivan County acting as a fiscal sponsor.
Applicants may apply for up to three grants that range from $500 to a maximum total ask of $7,500.

Provides funding for 501(c)3 organizations and artists working with a community partner or education center who are producing artistic educational programming in Sullivan County between 1/1/26 – 12/31/26.
Applicants may apply for up to three grants that range from $500 to a maximum total ask of $7,500.
